In the world of haute horlogerie, where time is not just measured, but celebrated, Franck Muller stands as an overlooked luminary.
Established in 1991, the brand's vision was clear: to create timepieces that transcend the mundane, leaning on expressions of individuality and above all, elevating timekeeping to an art form.
Franck Muller is renowned for its vibrant and visually captivating dials. The Cintrée Curvex Mystery, for example, does away with the brand’s typical ‘exploded’ Arabic indices in favor of a ‘mystery’ dial — one in which a central disc with a pointer rotates to indicate the appropriate hour, its mechanism hidden from view. This particular Cintrée Curvex Mystery, a Reference 1750, is absolutely covered in pavé diamonds, making for a particularly sumptuous design.
Housed in a two-piece, 25mm tonneau-shaped 18K white gold case with a signed crown and a sapphire crystal, this stunning creation features a bezel set with pavé diamonds that perfectly matches the dial. Timekeeping is courtesy of an automatic movement with 21 jewels, a platinum rotor, and adjustment to six positions, while the watch is finished with a light blue leather strap with a white gold and diamond-set pin buckle. It also comes with its factory goodies.
The Cintrée Curvex Mystery combines fine watchmaking, beautiful curves, elegant gem-setting, and inspired design in a cohesive package that positively pops off the wrist. Strap this baby on during a night on the town and you’re almost guaranteed to turn heads!
